East Kelly Residential
Bonny Hershberger lead the planning and design team for the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust for this small affordable residential development in East Jackson. Architect Paul Duncker, Hands On Design, developed buildings scaled to the neighborhood fronting on East Kelly with alley access to secondary units.

Every site provides opportunities for house placement, orientation and access at any scale. The exterior should interact with the interior, and outdoor space is best defined with existing elements.

The natural environment is the draw for most resort communities. Connecting visitors and residence to the environment is central in the resort experience.
